Ghetto is...

A sick mom, with her husband away, realizing there is nothing in the house for dinner

Getting her 2 kids in the car, the 3 year old without shoes

Driving to the only food that sounds good, only to realize the place has NO drive-thru.

Ghetto is not choosing to go somewhere else, but going in anyway

With a kid on each hip, both in pajamas,

Without her hair done and a RED nose,

With a shirt that unknown to her had pee all over it.

Ghetto is yours truly.

Courtney, I am sorry! That is the worst and yet it always seems to fall on us moms to take care of it all no matter what. I hope you feel better and please let me know if you need anything. Love ya

Oh, that sucks! I am so sorry! You aren't ghetto, I promise. I rely on places that deliver when stuff is like that. If I lived close I would take your kids for a while! Sorry I can't help!

Well, if it's any consolation, most of the mothers I know have had their GHETTO moments.

Including yours truly.

Too bad there are no pictures. But, the imagination can be very vivid and interesting!! Hope you feel better before the family comes to town.
